September 28, 2009

2:10 a.m. Officer cited Richard S. Costillo, 39, So. St. Paul for failure to display/ no boat launch fees.

6:06 a.m. Officer responded to an alarm at Tractor Supply Co, checked perimeter and notified sheriff's office that it was a false alarm.

1 p.m. Laura Street resident went to Police Office to say registration plates were stolen from his vehicle.

 

September 29, 2009

8:17 a.m. Officer observed Heidi Rightman, 24, of Prescott passing two cars at Hwy 10 and Hilton street and cited her for traveling 56 mph.

8:06 p.m. Officer assisted Prescott EMS in a transport to the hospital.

9:33 p.m. Borner Street resident called dispatch with a noise complaint at the field across from Churchill Market. Officer notified sheriff's department that they was a permitted homecoming event and officer was aware of it.

 

September 30, 2009

10 p.m. Officer running radar on Wacota and Jefferson Streets cited Jessica A. Morgan, 22, of Cottage Grove for traveling 33 mph in a 25 mph zone. She was also cited for operating without a license.

 

October 1, 2009

8:15 p.m. Officer cited Nicholas W. Ptacek, 28, of Prescott for a stop sign violation at Canton and Albert Streets.

8:32 p.m. Officer cited Jason D. Sabelko, 32, of River Falls for a stop sign violation at Flora and Cherry Streets.

9:51 p.m. Officer stopped three vehicles, driven by 16 year olds, at Flora Street and confiscated five dozen eggs.

10:10 p.m. Officer warned a 16 year old driver for failure to stop at St. Croix and Borne Streets also confiscated 16 rolls of toilet paper.

11:56 p.m. Officer stopped a car on St. Croix street with four girls dressed in black with black face paint. Officer confiscated 29 rolls of toilet paper and two cans of silly string.

 

October 2, 2009

12:06 a.m. Officer saw a vehicle with four young adults in it, wearing black face paint. Officer confiscated one roll of toilet paper, one bottle chocolate syrup, one package cling wrap, one large bottle pancake syrup, one carton of eggs, one bottle of ketchup, one can of Crisco, one bag of potato flakes and one window writer.

1:50 p.m. Officer took a report from a Monroe Street resident who said someone cut the rear passenger side tire of her vehicle while it was parked at her residence.

5 p.m. Officer cited Daniel D. Ellsworth, 37, of Prescott for traveling 46 mph in a 30 mph zone at Hwy 10 and Oak Street.

10:10 p.m. Officer took a report of a vehicle being hit with flour in retaliation. Officer confiscated 69 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of string and a bottle of cooking oil.

11:58 p.m. Officer cited Jeremy K. Tan, 28, of Winona for traveling 38 mph in a 25 mph zone at Jefferson and Walter Streets.

 

October 5, 2009

10:17 a.m. Henry Street resident called the PrescottPolice Department asking if anyone had turnined in a missing pet rabbit. It is a male white and tan Hallenberg rabbit with floppy ears.

2:15 p.m. Oficer cited three 15 year old PHS students for being truant in two separate incidents.

2:45 p.m. Officer called to a Borner Street residence for noise complaint.

5:51 p.m. Officer assisted Hudson Police Department with picking up Daniel B. Theese, 20, of Prescott on an active warrent.

 

October 6, 2009

2:11 a.m. Officer cited

Zacahary Dubois, 16, ofPrescott for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.

9 a.m. Prescott resident went to the Police Department with a complaint of fraudulent activity on her check card.

7:32 p.m. Officer was dispatched to River Heights Motel for a welfare check. Occupant was taken to Chippewa Falls for an emergency detoxification.

 

October 8, 2009

9:18 p.m. Officer cited Jeremy Whittenback, 30, St Paul for criminal damage to property in an incident in the papartment above the Pilot House.

October 9, 2009

9:54 p.m.Officer arrested Linda M. Turitto, 44, of St.Paul for first offense Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated at Jefferson and Walter Streets.

October 10, 2009

1:01 p.m. Officer was dispatched to 1090 Monroe Street, Scott L.Peterson residence, for barking dog complaint. Officer left card.

 

October 11, 2009

12:20 a.m. Officer arrested Jon F. Kinneman, 34 of Hager City for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, first offense at Jefferson Street.

8:15 p.m. Officer assisted Pierce County Sheriff's department with an intoxicated driver accident about 2 miles east of Prescott on Hwy 10. Jason J. Bronk, 25, of Prescott was arrested.

10 p.m. Officers dispatched to a Prescott residence to assist Prescott EMS in a transport and securing residence.
