The city of Prescott is hiring a full time Wastewater Treatment Operator. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Certification as a State of Wisconsin Operator or ability to obtain within 1 year of appointment, CDL or ability to obtain within 6 months of appointment, water license or ability to obtain within 1 year, and a valid WI drivers license is required. Individuals with WI certification will be given preference. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to work alone with minimal supervision, possess excellent communication skills and able to use a computer. Hourly rate is $21.6$22.79 with an excellent benefit package. Position will be in the department's on-call rotation and will also perform tasks in a snow and ice control.
